Even we are cheated by Country vacations Shivajinagar Bangalore. We were called some time in May 2011 saying we are lucky couple & won some prizes. They gave us 6 glass bowls + a presentation asking us to take the membership.
We agreed to pay 38000 via EMI (hdfc credit card) for life time membership with Country vacations.
So far we have not got the memebership cards yet.
Within couple of days we got to know that whatever they claim is not what they provide.
We called them couple of times to cancel the membership & return our monely, they didnt do.
representatives in the shivaji nagar branch stopped recieving our calls & responding to emails.
We contacted the country vacations customer care too, but was no use.
We are totally frustrated with these.
Can you suggest how to deal with this?
