FRAUD ORGANISATION

I HAVE BEEN FOOLED BY COUNTRY CLUB REGIONAL OFFICE, DELHI AND HAVE BEEN DUPED OF RS 40000/-.... PEOPLE PLEASE DONT TAKE THEIR MEMBERSHIP OR ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY THEM THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN YOU AFTER U PAY THE MONEY...

WE ALL SHOULD TAKE SOME STRONG ACTION AGAINST THEM... ITS HIGH TIME... AND ALL DELHITES WHO HAVE BEEN THEIR VICTIM SHOULD DO SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD SO THAT IN FUTURE NO ONE ELSE CAN LOOSE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME:

I went with my husband on 18th May 2010 to the Rajouri Office around 6:00 pm to collect the voucher. They said
then to see their membership schemes and tried to convince us to take the membership. Of their many plans,
we finally decided to take 5 year plan for Rs 40,000/-, the promises made for which are:

1. We have 14 days of vacation per year for 5 years anywhere in India and abroad.

2. We can stay in any country clubs' resorts or country club affiliated resorts free of cost in India
and abroad. If we are staying in non country club resorts or hotels then we have to pay only taxes
which would be Rs 5000/-(approx) for a week in India and Rs 12,000/-(approx) abroad.

3. Which ever place we would stay we can use the facilities like gym, swimming pool etc without
paying any extra money.

4. Which ever place we decide to spend our vacations on, we can book the hotels 5 days before the
journey.

5.Free pick and drop service from the airport/station to the hotel, just have to pay fuel charges.

6. 40% discount on all the air fare tickets .

7. The membership is transferable and refundable, in case of refund, minimum charges of Rs 2000/-
(approx) would be deducted.

8. The member ship has to be renewed every year by paying Rs 5000/- annually.

All these promises were made my your country club executives, one girl's name was Samiksha. After taking the
membership in Rs 40,000/- we got a call on 23rd May 2010 to confirm our terms of the membership. The terms
this time were completely different from those promised and we immediately went to the Rajouri office to meet the
Manager, Rohit Kumar.

Rohit Kumar was first of all ignoring our complaints and did not entertain us at all. After waiting in the office for some
hours he finally said to wait for the membership card to arrive which will come with a booklet of details of terms and
conditions. He also said in the mean time i will e mail you the copy of membership form and the documents on which
he took our signatures. We were made to sign on several blank forms.
He never mailed us any documents and we kept trying his number which was switched off half of the times and kept
ringing the other half. He was very rude and once in a while when he picked up the phone, disconnected it saying its
a wrong number.

Today, 14 June 2010, itself i was trying to make a booking at Mumbai using the membership and i got to know that
there are no affiliated hotels of Country club there and i will get 20% discount because of my membership, thats it.
And what was promised (point 2) was completely fake.

I have gone through a lot of information on the internet and it says that Country Club is a fraud organisation who dupes
people of there money by making false promises. I have tried every way to contact every person possible in my reach
and to make things clear. But it all seems futile.
