cheating by country club

We would like to bring to your notice about the cheating in your country vacation membership.
Please note we have take your membership no.CVA46/0227 on 26.12.2010.

1. The copy of the committed points on your letterhead is attached herewith.

2. We were rigorously following up to get the agreement signed with Mr. Mohammed Farooq for few months,& with Ms Kalyani .During the month of may 2011, when we wanted to avail the holidays. We followed up continuously & went to your country club andheri to sign the agreement.

3. Mr.Farooq was away to Hyderabad & told Ms Kalyani to get the agreement signed, we pointed out that the agreement was not in line with the commitment letter. We were told that the agreement will be revised & sent to us for signing again. He meanwhile assured us that he will book the holidays for us in May end 2011.

4. Till now we have not been told that the revised version is ready.

5. We now tried today to go ahead with the holidays to be availed, we were surprised to hear that even if we do not avail the holidays, we still have to pay AMC charges.

6. For the first year as per commitment we are ready to pay the AMC charges & would like to avail this month holidays for the first year for which we are going to pay the AMC charges. This is as per point no 5 in the attached letter.

7. Whenever we do not avail holiday we should not be told to pay the same or it should be shown outstanding as per written commitment.

8. We tried to get the booking 1 month in advance as committed by your sales person we never got it, We tried in May 2011 for hyderabad , which we never got, In dec 2011 we tried for Goa we never got. I am trying for last 1 week to book for holidays in Dubai for next month between 25th Jan 2012 onwards,, I have been told that I cannot get the booking by One Ms Aruna in the country vacation reservations department.

9. I tried to talk to you Hyderabad reservation & AMC centre. I have spoken to Ms Sushma, Ms. Soumya & Ms Lavanya. Every time new person was taking the call & promising they will get back to me. Which they never got back to me. After several email reminders Ms Sushma replied to email that she will let us know when she gets the information

10. I was always Mumbai customer care Mr. Michael’s number, which he never picks up phone. Whenever they pick up the phone they just try to avoid the topic. Mr. Michael forwards the call to some junior person or trainee.

11. This is a completely a frustrating ,disgusting experience & I feel cheated due to

a.Membership terms
b.Irresponsiveness of your staff at Mumbai & Hyderabad
c.Continously spendtime followingup
d.Not getting vacation booking inspite of trying

    Would lie to request you to please upload the scanned copy of the documents received....it would be much better to get the difference in respect to what being said.....!!!
